R.
Williams - Chairman
In March 1999, Dave was appointed to the LUEA Board
by the Mayor of Lafayette. He works for Purdue Employee
Federal Credit Union as well as serving on numerous
local non-profit and government boards. He is a member
of the Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission. He represents
planning and economic development on the LUEA board.
Steven P. Meyer - Vice
Chairman
Appointed in February 2004, by the
City Council. Steve is serves on the City Council and is
an attorney with the Ball Law Firm.
James
MacDonald - Treasurer
Appointed February 2003, James represents Zone Business.
Allen
T. Jacobsen - Secretary
Appointed by the City Council in 2001, Allen is a zone
resident living in a restored rowhouse near downtown.
Allen is an engineer with Hannum, Wagle, and Cline
Engineering.
Christina Baldwin -
Member
Appointed in April 2005, Christina represents Zone
Industry on the board and works for TRW Commercial
Steering Division.
Ed Butler- Member
Appointed in February 2003 by the
Mayor of Lafayette, Ed is a Union Representative. He
works for Houston Electric and is a member of the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
Michael
L. Gibson -
Member
A founding board member of the LUEA, Mike was elected
Chairman of the Board in January 1997 after serving
two consecutive terms as Vice Chairman. He is co-owner
of Mulhaupt's Incorporated, thereby, representing zone
businesses. He is active in many public and private
organizations.
Representative
Sheila Klinker - Member
Sheila was appointed by Governor Evan Bayh in 1993 to
the LUEA Board. She is serving her second term as a
LUEA state legislative representative. She represents
Indiana's twenty-seventh district.
Robert
C. Reiling, Jr. - Member
In March 1997, Bob was appointed to the board and is
the current Chairman. He is an attorney with the Reiling,
Teder, & Schrier law firm located in the enterprise
zone, thus making him a zone business representative.
Kathy Strother - Member
Appointed
April 2005, Kathy represents zone residents.
Patricia
Wilkerson - Member
Appointed January 2003, Pat represents the zone residents.
